Toes

Every month or so I bathe my feet in beauty and give them tons of attention by getting a pedicure. The last time I got one was back before New Years, so my toes were really due, especially with all this gorgeous weather we've been having.Betty and I went to Nail Spa and the first thing we had to do was pick out colors. I had a really hard time deciding what color I wanted. I wanted something Spring/Summer but none of the colors were calling my name, even after I painted half of my fingers to test the colors. So I started looking at the names of the colors and continually picked up the same color "Treat me like a Queen" so I thought that should be my color. It was a deep red. The wonderful nail lady painted my toes and as she did I became more and more displeased with my color choice. Just when she was about done, I asked her if I could change colors, she said yes and I went back to the drawing board. That is when I found it...."Sexy" and although I wasn't feeling sexy at that moment, that was the color I chose. It's a bit orangey pink and has a little sparkle in it. She painted me up and then Betty and I sat there and waited for the colors to dry. Just as I was about to leave, Betty noticed that my big toe had totally smudged, so back I went to the nail lady and she yet again had to fix my toes. I felt so bad, but I didn't want to leave there with jacked-up toes. She fixed me up and we were off to enjoy the summer like day. I so can't wait for the sun to be out all the time again!

PS. The last color I chose was "Short and Sassy", but I could have chosen "Dripping Wet" as well. Oh the names of these colors!
