Buddies and Ice Skating

While in Spokane, my niece and I got to spend a lot of time together. It had been awhile since I had gotten to have some time with her and I totally enjoyed it. We watched some tv, played downstairs, pretended to be each other, and even had matching socks.
The following day bil, her dad, and I took her ice skating for the first time. Her mom had to work and was unable to attend with us. She got plenty of help from all the wonderful "professionals" that were hosting the free skate and she even gave Butch, the WSU Cougar and her arch nemesis, a high five. After awhile she said she needed her gloves, but then she was back on the ice. She even stayed on her feet most of the time.
