Tree Shindig

This past weekend I headed out to Rainier, Wa to cut down my Christmas tree. This would be the second year I've made the trek out there and although the sky was blue, it was nowhere near being warm.
After lasts year debacle of trying to find the tree I already picked and thinking that someone else had taken it, I picked a tree right on the edge of the farm so I wouldn't have to worry about not being able to find it. Cutting it down was no problem after working out all year long, although my chiropractor and masseuse told me today that my lower back is a little tight.

I took it home and decorated it with only one slight problem. After I put lights on my tree (6 strands) I found out that I wasn't able to plug it in because somewhere I made the wrong connection. So I had to take it all apart to find out where it was....and guess what?!?! It was the very first connection I made. Boo! Oh well, all is good now. Lights are on, decorations are one, now I'm just trying to decide if it needs anything more.

This year I decorated with only red balls and these snowflakes...I think it might need more, but what?

Your tree looks very nice. You could put on silver bead garlin. That's what I want to do to our tree but haven't been able to find any. Going to look at Joann's and Micheals next. Have a good day.

Love ya Auntie Julie
