Full Moons and Webs

The moon is full and the coyotes are howling (and so is my mom, who calls us all during each full moon and howls for our answering machines) And as I walked out of my house the other morning, I saw this

It was so big! The spider had anchored his web to the bbq and to the ground. I couldn't imagine how long that this spider had to work on it to make it look this amazing. I figured it was a super huge magnificent creature, so I tried to look for it, but it was no where around. The following day I saw it and it wasn't too big or too small, just a normal size.
