Pockets

I thought I was just not meant to have one. I mean when you loose one at a football game and then loose the second one, who knows where, what does that say? It's not like it is inexpensive or anything like that. My hawaiian pendant with my name on it cost a pretty penny.
So the past few weeks, I have been on the warpath looking for it. In every nook and cranny. In drawers, behind dressers, even in the lost and founds at the gym and the tanning place. I was coming up with nothing. I couldn't even remember where I had worn it last. It sucked!
Last night as I was laying in bed, after another look throughout my apartment had turned up nothing, I thought I would do one more check. One that I hadn't done yet, through my pockets of my jackets and pants. Sometimes when I take jewelry off at hula, the gym, or in the sun and put it in my pocket instead of putting it on after I am done. I went through all my coats, nothing. Then I started through my jeans. The first pair turned up nothing. Then I grabbed my jean skirt and looked through the front pocket, nothing, then the other front pocket, and hit pay dirt. Their my necklace was in all it's glory. I was so relieved and I put it on right away.
I guess I can have a pendant...I just need to keep better track of it.
