Just wanted you all to know that I made it to the gym today, albeit was after school rather than before because I couldn't get my lazy bottom out of bed and because someone kept talking to me until the wee hours of the night. In going to the gym I also weighed myself and I only gained 2 pounds in the month I took off from hula and the three weeks I took off from working out. I guess watching what you eat and being sick for a good 5 days of that time really does help.
Keep working towards your goals in life and if you write them down and say them every day and sleep with them under your pillow they will come true.
