2 out of 3 isn't bad

Well as you know it snowed tonight, which left the whole family and I inside with little to do other than eat, drink, and play cards. My sissy and her husband were in town on their vacation before she starts her new job in Spokane. (She is going to be the weekend anchor at the ABC affiliate KXLY- she's not kicking anyone out, so it isn't secretive as to her getting a job there. Please watch her while you are in their broadcasting area to make her demographic go down.) So Kalae gets a hairbrained idea that she is going to cut my hair.

My mom pipes up as to her wanting her haircut, as does her husband. So the cutting shears are brought out and the fun begins. She starts with my mom, just doing a little trimming. When Kalae is done, my mom is satisfied. 1 point Kalae. I am next in line, she tells me I need layers. She puts the sheet over me, while picking up my hair, then makes the famous comment that everyone makes after touching my hair, "You have sooooo much hair." I tell her I don't want to loose any length and the very next cut I see her make is to the bottom of my hair. There goes my length. She snips and snips and snips. In the end, my hair feels lighter yet looks like it is the same length, with some intersperssed layering. I am okay with it...really it is just hair. 2 points Kalae. Then she sets in to do her man's hair. She is using the razor and a number 3 to clip up the back and then as directed by her client uses a number 4 all over the top. As she cuts the hair keeps falling off and onto the ground. He trusts her. He even closes his eyes.


Then she makes the cut to end all cuts...The hair falls to the floor and she gasps and immediately beings with the I'm sorries. He doesn't know what to think. Then he sees it. The face he makes is priceless. We were all in the room to share in his moment. I'll interrpret the look for you.


"I can't believe my hair looks like this, but I can't yell at my woman, because her whole family is in the room. Boy is she going to get it when no one is around." The following day the happy couple was still in love and still thought Robby's hair was a little short.

Have enough hair that can cover any mistakes.
Make sure you didn't have a big fight with her before she cuts your hair.
When you are done, tell her you love her and that your hair will grow back.
