Wednesday Hodgepodge Vol. 151

1. What lesson has failure taught you?
Failure has taught me so many things.  Most of them have taught me to try harder, keep going, and try again.  Some have taught me...uh, maybe I wasn't meant to do that.
2. What decision are you glad you made?
I'm glad that I made the decision to take care of myself and my body so I can live a long life and do all the fun things I do.  I'm also glad that I've chosen to do all the things I've done, because it makes me who I am and gives me lots of stories to tell my grandkids.

3. I've been a little bit surprised to see fully lit and decorated Christmas trees popping up for the past several weeks in friend's Instagram feeds. So tell the truth-is your tree up and decorated, and if so when did that happen? If not, when will you be decking the halls?
Tree isn't up and I haven't bought any Christmas gifts.  I don't deck anything until after Thanksgiving.

4. Solitaire-Poker-Rummy-Hearts-Go Fish-Old Maid...which game of cards would you most like to join?
I love them all.  Cards are my favorite family fun time.
5. This question comes to you courtesy of a Facebook friend, who once upon a time had a blog...When you're feeling stressed do you snack a lot or are you more the 'can't eat' type?
If my only choices were to snack or not eat, it would be to snack.  Typically when I'm stressed I work out or veg out.
6.  Have you ever reviewed a product or service on line? Was your review favorable or less than favorable?
I've never reviewed anything.
7. What was the best conversation you had yesterday?
Best conversation I had last night was over the basketball court as we discussed the game. (More on that in the Thankfulness Post)  We spoke about the game, the refs, the fans, and the fact that one of the kids we taught was in the gym and his brother was playing in the game following.

8.  Insert your own random thought here.
Holy SMokes! It's cold.  Winter has for sure set here.  The question is is it too cold to be running outside?

Good for you for working out when you're stressed. That's what the experts say we should do, but it's often easier to reach for the chocolate : )
