Work-n-Out Update

Monday: ????????? Don't remember, kind of wonder if I didn't workout, but that can't be true. I rarely take a day off and 2 in one week is hardly ever heard of.

Tuesday: Woke up late.  Lifted weights: legs, arms, back

Wednesday: Spin Class...which was super crazy! My crotch hurt within the first 5 minutes.  Spun for 45 min. Might go back, but my forearms killed me for days later.

Thursday: Slept in and was lazy.  Was also tired and needed rest.

Friday: Swam laps for 30min. 21 laps.
