Workin-it-Out

This weeks workout were pretty mundane.  I was getting ready for Bloomsday on Sunday, so I figured I should work on my cardio with running on the treadmill and doing the eliptical.

Monday
Run 30 min.
Stretching


Tuesday
Swim 35 min.
21 laps

Wednesday
Run 30 min.
Arm workout with machines

Thursday
Run 30 min
Stretching

Friday
Elliptical 30 min.
13:22 min. mile
