CrossFit-n-It

Hit up the gym this morning to complete my workout.  Got talked to by a man asking how much weight I lost. I told him it wasn't much and it was some inches, but not much there either.  The weird thing is is that he must have been checking me out, cause I hadn't seen him around, but he noticed me.

Warmup
100 jump ropes (was going to do 200, but wussed out)


WOD
 6 rounds for time

10 wall balls (8lb ball, cause that is as big as I could find)
15 box jumps
20 kettle bell swings (couldn't find a kettle bell, used a 15lb weight.)
