I Chose
and so here is what I did today:
Time: 7:30 min.
Sadly I tried to use the heart monitor and it didn't work as my heartbeat wasn't being read. But now it's going insane as my heart rate is at 178 and my zone should be no higher than 157. I felt good and like I needed more, so I reset my watch and then did this
Finished in 11:58, burning 92 calories. My heart rate was still up in the 178-182 range. My watch kept ringing at me, telling me "Slow down! Your heart rate is too fast."
And just an fyi: I did my measurements after half of my crossfit-n-it adventure and some of them are down, but nothing significantly. I am down 5lbs and I feel leaner. I was joking the other day that now I have lean meat rather than fatty meat! hee hee. Also my massage lady said that my body shape has totally changed and that my legs are super muscular. Yes! Plus in the shower yesterday I found a muscle that I didn't know I had- meaning I have muscular definition. Ask me to see it, although it might take me a minute to figure out how to show you (meaning I have to figure out what muscle to flex.)
Update: Just to let you know, my arms are sore as all get out! I'm super nervous about what today's Crossfit will bring.
