Happy New Year!

Hopefully your year started way better than mine! After a wonderful night spent with a friend and her family, I went to drive home and Blue decided it didn't want to come home, so he broke down! I know right! Amazing! It was really scary as my ride got really rough and as I pressed on the gas my car wouldn't go. I kept looking for a place to pull off, but when driving on a two lane road next to a river there isn't many places to pull out. When I finally found one, there was was no cell service.  Luckily a grandma and grandpa type stopped and drove me a bit of a way, so I could call my friend and her family.  I thought it might just be a belt that broke, so when my friend's brother and dad showed up they brought stuff to fix Blue's belt, but when they got there it was discovered that it wasn't a belt, it was the motor.  It blew a gasket and a piston.

Needless to say Blue got towed into town

and is getting worked on by a family friend.
It will be 20 hours of work, so I will be without a car for at least a week if not more.  With all that said, it looks like I'm going to be staying home a lot more than I thought, because with that 20 hours of work, it also means $$$.  Happy New Year to Me!
