CrossFit-n-It

I took my stuff to work, so I could go and workout after school, yet Danielle was still sick, so I worked out at work while I waited for my ride to bring me home. I added jump roping to this workout matching the squats side of the workout as well.


Finished 10:40.  Push-ups are getting easier, need to start doing real ones soon.
