CrossFit-n-It

Danielle was sick, so it was CrossFit at home today.  Started out with this workout:


Finished @ 16:23. Burned 89 cal. Average heart rate 179 and max 197. Only in the zone for 1:54.  Need to get better at that.

Drank some water, cooled down and then did this workout:


Finished @ 7:44. Squats were pretty easy, push ups have gotten easier -soon I will have to try real ones, and sit-ups kicked my butt.

Shower here I come.
