CrossFit-n-It

I was back at CrossFit tonight, sweatin and lookin like a fool! But it was so good to be done.

Warmup
250m run
Lunges across gym floor
250m run
Burpies and jump across gym floor
250m run (didn't make this one, everyone was already back and starting workout)

Strength
Practice with a bar:
pulling it up your leg slowly and then right above your knee snatching it up to your chest, jumping into a squat position and then pushing it up above your head. 35lb 3x's each round with 2 partners.


WOD
DB Fran
21-15-9 (Rounds of each)
Trusters (15lb barbells for 21 and 10lb barbells for 15 and 9)
Burpie Box Jumps (first you do a burpie, then you jump on a box)

Today was the first time that I was actually jumping 2 feet on a "box" which was actually 2-45lb weights laying on the floor stacked on top of each other.  I was pretty amazed at my feet, as long as I didn't think too much, I was just fine and could do it.  I hope I'm not too sore in the morning.
Update: I'm totally sore. Thighs and calves.  And it totally is no good trying to sleep when your body is sore, cause every position I tried to lay in hurt my body.
