CrossFit-n-It

Yesterday was supposed to be a wonderful day when Blue got to come home, but sadly I'm blue and Blue is still getting worked on.  Maybe by my birthday he will be back.  Therefore with my car in the shop and Danielle getting hers back at 6, we ended up at CrossFit this morning.  Oh my!

Warmup
Junkyard Dog
2x's  250 yard run (around the OUTSIDE of the gym)
        10 Burpies

WOD
31min. AMRAP
8 thrusters
6 rope climb
11 box jump

Partner runs 400m OUTSIDE with medicine ball (14lbs or 9lbs) while other person is doing the reps inside.
Danielle and I finished 9 rounds and 12 reps. (Although we aren't completely sure, as we were all over in the counting part, it was super close to that.)  It was a also the longest AMRAP, I've ever done and pretty rough. My hands were killing me.
And as you can guess, I can't climb up a rope yet, I instead climbed down the rope so that I'm laying on the ground and then had to pull my body up the rope.
