CrossFit-n-It

Todays CrossFit wasn't awful, which means I'm getting better at it.  My arms a little sore and my thighs hurt a bit, but not too much.

Warmup
10 min. of ASAP -do anything you want to to make you As Sweaty As Possible

Strength
3 rep max Push Press  (75lbs)

WOD
Tabata (20 sec. of workout 10 sec. of rest for 4 min.)
Box jumps
Sit ups
Wall Balls
Push ups
-we then wrote down the least number of reps we got in each  section.  I got 7, 6, 11, and 6.  On a side note, my highs were 10, 10, 13, and 10.
