15 min ladder by 5's-meaning after each rotation, you increase it by 5 more
10 singles (jump rope)
10 cowbell (squat with a cowbell)
10 push-ups
In 15 minutes I made it through doing 30 each time (meaning 5 rounds) and 45 reps (35 jumps and 10 squats)
