Thankfulness Day 8

Thankful today for the men who asked if I was okay when I was being dumb on the treadmill....

so as I was just finishing up on the treadmill today, I thought I would close my eyes and not hold onto the rail as I finished up my last minute.  All was well, until all of a sudden my foot steeped on the side of the machine and all of sudden I was spinning off of it and onto the floor. Thankfully the men next to me asked if I was okay.  I said, "Yeah, I'm okay.  My pride is more hurt than anything." They kind of laughed as I got back on the machine to finish up the last 30 seconds of my cardio routine.

I'm such a nerd!
