Last summer it was Yellowstone, this summer Glacier. Both having bears, both making us clean up our camp site each time we left and packing everything back up into the car (although one time we left out our candle and our campfire sticks and got a note from the camp host about leaving things out. Good thing we didn't get the $50 fine too), both having amazing views and beautiful sites of nature.
While in Glacier, we did some hiking and trail walking, we did some swimming in Lake McDonald, we saw some wildlife, we did some Campfire Fondue cooking, but we didn't do any fishing in Fish Creek (it wasn't allowed, per the signs on all the bridges.)
We saw pretty flowers.
We were startled and startled a deer on trail.
We hiked and wanted to get to the top of Apgar Lookout, gaining over 3,000 feet, but we made it only a 1/3rd of the way and had to come back down.
We saw beautiful glacial water.
We drank some whiskey
We drove the going to the sun road. In this picture we were down at the bottom.
We saw some mountain goat.
We walked to waterfalls.
We crossed bridges.
We saw a man walking out of the waterfall, although it's really only a rock.
I got hot so I dunked my hair...
And put it back up...man it was cold!
