Saturday, 2 weeks ago, Christopher John married the love of his life. I'm so happy for him and so pleased that I got to be apart of the celebration in Spokane. Chris and I went to college together , meeting through the CCM house, and we shared many great times together from stuffing our face with marshmallows,
to getting lost in the woods, and after college traveling to South Bend.
Riles and I showed up a bit early and we got to see him before he walked down the aisle. He was full of smiles and laughter, so ready to get things started. It was a beautiful ceremony and mass performed by our college friend, now priest Kenny. Kenny's homily was amazing and I, too, hope that when I asked about how long I'm married I will say not long enough.
Then we headed to the reception for food and drinks and lots of dancing. Many of my college friends were there and it was great to catch up with them. Sadly I didn't take any pictures at the reception, but we got some from the official photog, so when those show up I will share them.
Congratulations Chris Smith and Susan. I hope you have an amazing life and tons of babies! :-)
