Wednesday Hodgepodge

Thought I would try this being on Spring Break and all, but I will say doing the challenge really has been challenge enough. Glad we are over halfway done now.

1. Have you ever played golf? Any interest in playing? Do you have a significant other who loves to play? Did you watch The Masters this weekend?

I live on a golf course, therefore you might think I'm a golfer, well.... I do love to golf, but have been really lazy about it, so I don't know if I would call myself a real golfer, but YES!, I golf.

I started back when all my guy friends started golfing and I was never invited. Thought I might need to pick it up, so I can go and show them up. I did start getting invited after awhile, but have never ever showed them up.

2. Hats are back in fashion this spring...how do you feel about wearing a hat? (fyi-I'm not talking baseball caps) When was the last time you wore one?

I love hats and wear them any chance I get. Yes, baseball caps, but also lots of different hats: big floppy ones, derby hats, army hats, bowler hats...

3. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being 'proficient' and 1 being "I'd starve" how adept are you at using chopsticks?

I'd give myself a 9. I've used them since I was little. Rice still gives me a little trouble, but if I eat it like a real Asian person does I would be fine.

4. Has technology taken over?

It really has. People are so plugged in these days, that real life communication is suffering. I feel that soon we will always communicate through technology.

5. In the course of a day, how often do you look in a mirror?

Rarely if ever...oh wait. In the morning when I'm getting ready and checking my outfit out, but that is about it.

6. Tulip or Daffodil?

Tulips please, although it makes me sad that they don't stay around for a very long time.

7. I am proud of myself for_________________________.

Not sitting at home and doing nothing during Spring Break. I missed my friend, so I bought a plane ticket (all the way back in December) and flew to Florida to see her! And so far we are having an amazing time. I can't wait for the rest of the week and for her to be off.

I'm soooo loving the beach and the pool and we are going again tomorrow, but will there ever be a point that I'm done with it and don't want to go while I'm on vacation?

edited 4/14: I did kind of feel that way Thursday after three days at both, so we changed it up on Friday and went and saw wildlife and took a tour of Yuengling Brewery, now I'm ready to go back. Too bad I leave today.
