Pole Fitness not Pole Dancing

It's was a Groupon and we had tons of fun. It started with one of us talking about it on facebook and then another one joined the conversation and another one and then by the end of the night 6 of us had bought it.

Today was our first class. We did some warming up, learned some pole tricks and spun and spun and spun and giggled and giggled and giggled. I even got a gold star for my movements. The hardest part and the only way that you really could do anything was if you trusted the pole. I figured I payed and I wanted to make sure I got my moneys worth, so I trusted that pole and swung and spun and got a big baseball size swollen bruise on my leg.
We thought we could take our second class on Monday, but needless to say we all left a little sore and rescheduled our next class for the following Monday.
