Stress Eating

Never ever did I think that I did this, but today some how it happened. Work is crazy with MTI groups, goals being due, and many other drama people. I knew I was going to frozen yogurt on my cousin date, so I told myself not to each any junk today...but it got away from me. I had peanut butter m&ms, 2 cookies, and the frozen yogurt.
Now my tummy doesn't feel well!
Yet when I got home, more stress hit and I wanted to do it all over again, but I didn't thank goodness. Even better, tomorrow, I'm going to the gym and then I'm going to do the Walk-a-thon with the kids at school
