Triathlon Training


Decided to start month 4 again, so it will give me another month of hard workouts so I"m better prepared for the triathlon. Now if I could just get over this cold, life would be soo much easier!

Monday: 21 min. swim
42 min. bike
Tuesday: 21 min. treadmill
Wednesday: 28 min. swim
56 min. bike
h20 60 min.
Thursday: 28 min. treadmill
Friday: 35 min. swim
70 min. bike
