Triathlon Training

Went a little crazy today!!! Woke up and it was a beautiful sunny day and thought a walk would be great, but then realized I hadn't been to the gym in two days and I really wanted to get in my swim and bike, so I did just that too.


I biked for 44 min at the gym and then went and swam 24 min (14 laps) and then went and walked the Soos Creek Trail for an hour (4 miles- according to walkrunjog.net). Good thing I had a walking buddy, because there were many times I just wanted to turn around.
It all was a little too much though, because for the rest of the day, as I read my book, my butt muscled told me I worked out to hard...oh well! It's all in making sure I'm ready, right?
