
This was the second week of working out and I did pretty well!
Monday: Run 24min
Wednesday: Run 30 min and arms
Thursday: Run 30 and legs
H20
Friday: Bike 24min and Swim 16 laps.
Next week I hope to hit the gym better, but with Monday not being school I don't know if I will make it that day. I also missed my meeting with the trainer on Tuesday, so hopefully he will meet with me again. I need to get a better schedule.

sounds like a good workout! Great going! I use a website called dailymile.com to keep track of workouts. It's pretty neat bc it will translate those workouts into things like "how many doughnuts earned". :) Last year I earned 165 doughnuts! (I wonder how many pieces of butter mochi that is...)
