Triathlon Training


This week was a lot better than last week in working out. I made it every day and had great workouts.

Monday: swim 18 laps bike 24 min.
Tuesday: run 30 and arms
h20 aerobics
Wednesday: off
Thursday: swim 18 laps, bike 24 min.
h20 aerobics
Friday: run 30 min and legs

And I'm taking the weekend off. I am thinking about putting in a run on Wednesday instead of taking it off, but we will see.
Funny thing happened as I'm in my 3rd week of training for my triathlon, I looked at the calendar that I am supposed to be following and I discovered that I should have been following it a lot better, because each day my swim and bike have increased according to the calendar, but I haven't been increasing it. So I'm really still on the 1st week of training and not the 3rd! Boo! I guess I need to print out the calendar and follow it a lot better!!! Hee hee!
