
Monday: MLK Day- took the day off!
Tuesday: Bike 24 min. Swim 18 laps
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Bike 24 min. Swim 18 laps
H2O aerobics (60 min.)
Friday: Treadmill 30 min and legs
Saturday: Zumba 2 hours
I'm not to happy that I took two days off, but I really needed my rest. I've been fighting a cough, which I found out last week was actually bronchitis and then the meds gave me a new infection. So I guess I can let it go a little bit. Plus I'm still having problems walking up stairs and breathing.
But the good thing is that I'm mixing it up a little and doing a workout today!
Oh and by the way....Friday I was super sore! My abs were killing me!
