Coffee and then Meat and Mushrooms in the Crockpot
Meat for the week (tacos, hamburger helper, and spaghetti)
Shortbread cookies made with the new kitchenaid. Just a FYI it took me a bit to figure out. Learned that I had to turn up the beater to get the butter to mix with the sugar rather than just getting the butter stuck up in the beater!
Everything turned out delicious (except for the big slab of meat being a little tough) and now the next project Monster Cookies ( I think) or a nap!
