The season ended with a bang and to help it along a party was held in honor of it all. Earlier this Friday night, Friday Night Lights closed out it's season with the big game. The proverbial power house, West Dillon, taking on the "little guys" from East Dillon. Of course no one thought the little guys would win, but they pulled it out in the end with a field goal! I was so excited!
The party sported only two colors
red or
blue.
Red for the East Dillon and
Blue for West Dillon. We wore the colors to support our teams and ate only
red and
blue food. There was
red licorice,
blue chips,
red salsa,
blue jello,
red kool-aide, red steaks, and for dessert it was frost your own
red or
blue cupcakes!
We had a great time and the
red team won!!!
