Camping in a Cul-de-Sac

"You should come out camping," she said
"It's by 3 lakes," she said.
"We could float all day long," she said.
"We have property," she said.
"It's on a cul-de-sac," she said.
What? Camping in a CUL-DE-SAC?" I said. Obviously I had to check it out.

And so we went out to her (parent's) property in Hoodsport next to Lake Cushman for a week of reading, floating, and eating.
They have owned the property since she was a little girl (3) and have added many decorations to make it feel homey.







We spent most of our time reading (I finished 2 books), floating (never fully dumping myself in the water-thank you Jesus), eating (I made the fires and then waited for the meals to be done), and enjoying the view.










I can't wait to go back up there.

P.S. They even had an outdoor sink, which made going for water not a very hard job as well as washing dishes.
