Mom Time

My mom and I tapped into our love language (TIME) and spent the majority of Sunday together. We started the day with breakfast at Maggies and then headed to JCPennys to do some shopping. We got there a bit early, so we did some practicing in the parking lot for our last stop. We shopped for a bit, but only my mom ended up buying a shirt. We refueled with some coffee and then headed off to our last stop in Auburn.
We were going to play Frisbee Golf.

It all started for us when we didn't have anything to do, a new game was born. We would throw the frisbees to certain places and the first person to hit or land on the object would get 5 points, the next person 3, and the last person just 1. After we played this game for a few years, we found out there really was a game already set up in many different parks with baskets to throw to and trails to walk.
We just take our cheap frisbees,

but the pro frisbee golfers have bags full of frisbees that all do different things, just like golf clubs do for golfers.
Lucky for us, this time we did a good job of throwing and being able to find our frisbees, but in times past we've had to take 10-15 min breaks looking for them. This time we just took breaks for pictures and using the restroom.

In the end, we had a wonderful time and the game ended in a tie!

My mom even found a rock to put in her yard.
