I'm so glad that we, in America, celebrate the independence of Mexico! It is way too much fun! Cassie and I celebrated with our new found "friends" at Puerto Vallarta in Federal Way. We have been there a few times, for beer pong, but never for Cinco de Mayo and it was packed out. Good thing we got their early. We were able to sit with a lady, who I conveniently befriended, at a table close to the door, where we were able to watch all the comings and goings of the crazy people. The lady finished her drink and left shortly after we joined her and therefore we had our own table for the rest of the night. We ate and drank and had a wonderful time laughing at all the people waiting in line to come in! Thank goodness we got their early! There was a line to get in until 11:30pm! Oh my!Although there was lots of crazy shenanigans going on...we didn't participate in any of it. The only thing we did do, was create out our dance floor in the back, so we didn't have to fight our way to the front and we could drink and dance at the same time. OH the joys of shuffling with the Cubans and then getting low in our boots with the fur.
