Duped! Again!!! (updated)

So I haven't been monitoring my credit card statement as much as I should and today after a friend found a weird charge on her debt card, I looked at mine and noticed there was a miscellaneous charge on my account. I had seen it before and I had thought it was for a scrap booking company that I had bought something from, but then had cancelled my account. Oh but it wasn't!!!
When I put the phone number into the computer, all these warnings came up telling me to stay away from VISTAPRINT and that VISTAPRINT had been bilking money from many people after they "signed" up for their VIP status. All I knew is that I ordered business cards from VISTAPRINT thinking it was a good company and in good faith sent my money and got my product from VISTAPRINT. Who would have known that VISTAPRINT would continue to charge me for supposedly signing up for their VIP program? Who would have thought that VISTAPRINT would also sign me up for another company's program saying that I "clicked on a banner"? What the HELL VISTAPRINT!! Have you no shame?
So 21 months later and $600 waisted on being a VIP...I will assure you I will be checking my statements and calling a lot sooner! As well as I will be telling everyone not to use VISTAPRINT!!!

I just got duped by redbox! I sang it's praises, but now I sing it's curses!!!

So Sunday night I decided I really wanted to watch some movies, so I rented Precious and Up in the Air. As I was renting them online, the computer told me that they would hold them of me until Monday at 9pm. Therefore I thought, if I pick them up on Monday then I can keep them till Tuesday....Oh contrair mon fraire, not the case! but I didn't know that yet, so I went about my business. Picked them up on Monday watched Up in the Air (although it was good, I don't understand why it was up for all the awards) and then watched Precious (really good) today and returned them. No problems...or so I thought.

When I got home I had emails charging me for my second day! I was aghast! Even though they weren't in my hands until Monday, I was charged for Sunday and Monday rental! It's crap I tell ya!

So don't have it happen to you! If you rent from the box, pick up from the box on the same day!
