Walking

I wish I had more to post, but really all I've been doing is the same: walking. Up the street, down the street, up the street, down the street. Looking at the same trees, road way, sidewalk, grass. Nothing is changing...

I'm hoping for a resolution soon, but it doesn't seem to be happening very soon. The District took us to court today to file an injunction to send us back to work, it was looked at, but then the judge went to recess and will be back tomorrow to give a ruling.

There are some cool things that have been happening with this strike though, we have been able to come together as a staff, see old friends and colleagues that have moved to other schools, and have been able to hear ALLL about people's summers, but really I do miss my kids and want to go back to school soon.

One of our teachers got us all some groovy shoes to be walking in, so I guess that should make walking not as hard.

Oh and if you want to see a picture of me, you need to watch this slideshow. I'm about 1.11 seconds in. There are some really good shots on here. The guy has a Nikon and a sweet lens from craigslist. I'm totally going to find one too.
