Happy Earth Day!

How come it's nice all the way up till Earth Day and then on the day all we get is rain?!?! It really tends to wash out all the plans to be outside! I thought I'd take my kids on a walk and pick up trash or talk about the blooming flowers and trees or just about anything to be outside, but it was pretty cold and drizzly out today, so we stayed inside for the most part. Except for when we snuck out and hung out under the covered area and practiced writing our spelling words!
