SUMMER!

It's finally here, according to the calendar and school. The final bell rang at 11:38 today and the kids shot out of the classroom like someone had lit a fire under them. I hope they all have a fabulous summer and are safe. The last week was pretty crazy with all the end of the year activities, but also because I had 5 kids gone all week and then today they all showed up and a different 5 were gone. It was strange.

Now I'm off to greener pastures to see my wonderful friend Rondee Kim.

I can't wait! It has been a long time since last summer.

When I come back the traveling keeps happening and I'm excited for it all. Hopefully I will get to see this at least once or twice this summer.

I've been telling all my stay-at-home mom friends that I can't wait to be one of them for the summer, minus the kids. Being able to go and do as you please and not having a care in the world...that's what it's like, right? At least that is what they make it seem like ;)

To all the teachers that check my world out: Have a Super Summer and don't be "Gay" and go back to school before your summer is over. Being an overachiever and prepared is totally overrated!
