Back to School

Over the weekend, a friend and I headed back to school. No, we didn't go to our school we teach at, I am not that crazy, but we went back to our college, Central Washington University. We wanted to check out the changes that had been made, reminisce, and see what the town looked like now.
Although I had been back for other reasons, I had never been back for this specific one. We had a great time, sharing all our memories and capturing pictures of the old and the new. Even "we" were old and new. I went to school there from 95-99 and Cassie didn't get there until 01 and was there until 05. What is interesting about us is that although we didn't know each other in college, we were both involved in CCM and now work at the same school together.
I could never imagine going to school there now, it has changed so much. It is so much more modern, the open grass areas once used for watching stars are now filled with buildings, there is a plethora of dinning choices, and the bookstore is three times the size it was in the past.
All of the pictures are of the new SUB (Student Union Building) It even has a movie theater. Oh what a different experience college would have been for me, if it would have looked like this.
