I try to slow down, but I think I just get busier. I try to stay on top of things, but it seems things just keep getting piled on. I try to massage my back after hula, but I can't seem to reach...It's just been another one of those weeks of trying.
- I tried staying home everyday because I was sick, but I decided it was easier to be a trooper and headed into work.
- I tried to work the kids hard and they continued to drop like flies...one of my little ones showed up with chicken pox and now all of them are getting it
- I tried being a good teacher and made sure that none of my students were cheating, but one of my kiddos cheated on a test and had to call his dad about it. His dad came down for the rest of the day to make sure his kiddo wasn't trying the same thing all the time and to spend some time with his son. If only all our parents could do it.
- I tried to be the best daughter and help my mom celebrate her birthday by bringing her coffee and balloons, something she did for my sister and I on our birthdays, yet when I went to sneak in the building the door was locked and I had to call her to let me in.
- I tried to rest this weekend, but with hula Christmas party, a family shoot, and gingerbread palooza happening it was hard now I start the week a little behind in the correcting of papers and a lot behind in my rest.
- I tried to sleep, but my body was so full of stress that each morning I woke up with a sore mouth.
Oh goodness the joys of trying didn't seem to get me very far.
