We also made our way over to Goodwill. When we drove up, I saw the most wonderful coffee table sitting out on the sidewalk. My mom and I rushed up to see if it was for sale, according to the wonderful gentlemen that work there, it hadn't even been entered into the store yet, so #1 they didn't know how much it would cost and #2 they couldn't tell us when it would be put into the store to be bought. There best guess was later in the day or the following day (Monday-the day I would be leaving). We waited around and nothing came out of that back storeroom. As we were leaving we asked the cashier if there was anyway they could bring it out and she called to the back where she was told no.
I was at a loss and didn't know what to do. I wanted to leave to see my niece early, but I also wanted my coffee table. My wonderful parents decided to help me out and said that they would go and get it, if I could find out if it was out in the store. So along my drive I called the store, but they said they were too busy to look and that we should just come down, plus it was 30% off furniture today. I called my parents and my mom got drafted to go down there, low and behold my coffee table was out and hadn't been bought yet. The only crazy thing was that it was priced at $59.99, when most of the other coffee tables were only $25. Although a little sticker shocked, there was 50% off on furniture, so it was only going to be $30. My mom bought it right away, but in the exchanging of cars, she went down with the smaller car, so later on that night my mom and dad made a second trip to pick it up.
They brought it to my house, but I had to wait until today to see it, because I was on vacation in Spokane. I love it and am so glad that I got it.
