Week-In-Review

This week, although consisting of the same amount of days as any other week, seemed to be long and with it being a long week and the first full week in January that we have been in school, I used it as a great week to start my routines again. I was back in hula (Tuesday), working out (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday) and eating right.
  • Hula was good to be back to. I sure missed it and I have to do some practicing to catch back up. The nice thing was that I wasn't too sore on Wednesday.
  • Working out was great for cardio this week and then I hit the weights on Friday. I want to see the definition that I saw before and lost.
  • Eating is getting better. I just need to be aware of what is going in my mouth and the volumes and make sure it is not bigger volumes than it should be.
  • School was busy this week and has really been since we have been back. With all the days off we had, there hasn't been time to teach or assess my little cherubs, so they are getting all in a short and condensed version. We've started talking about Hawaii and the kids are loving it. The only hard thing is that we have meal worms in our classroom too and the kids would love to look at the worms that will turn into bugs soon.
  • The cherubs have not been so cherubesque. They have had a hard time adjusting back to school and then I have been out testing kids individually, so I have had assistants in my room. Some are better than others, but really they need to just get back into routine and knowing that they are not in charge.
  • My friends lives are also moving along and trying to keep up with that has proved to be hard, but just because I don't call doesn't mean I don't love y'all. You are more than welcome to call.

Hope you all had a great week and enjoy your weekend. I know I will. Photos to be posted later.
