Helpful!

In having 2 weeks off and a some time on my hands, I thought it would be a good time to have some stay-at-home-movie-days, where I just go and rent 2-3 movies, come home, get into my comfy pj's, and then watch and watch and watch until my butt hurts from sitting. It all sounds fine and dandy and that is what I have done for at least 2 days of my break. (It's my break and I can do what I want with it, so there!)
I headed off to Blockbuster to rent some movies and there were a plethora that I hadn't seen, so I thought I would start at one end and just start renting. And that is what I did. Yet for me, there was one slight problem.
The problem being, that at Blockbuster, there is only the back of the box to read, to give you helpful hints as to if you are going to like it or not. The lovely staff that works there gives no hints as to if the movie might be good or not, so during my 2 stay-at-home-movie-days I rented some good movies and some that I thought I might not live to see the end. (That's when you shut it off and chalk that one up to never renting again).
So I thought I would give all of you the helpful hints I would have liked to receive before renting.
All The Kings Men- very good and lots of great actors in it.
Friends with Money- Jenifer aniston is in it and that's about the goodness of it. watched and thought it was almost over, but had only played for an hour at that point.
Glory Road- great story and wonderful acting by a favorite of mine, Josh Lucas.
The Groomsmen- don't waste your time. I should have known by the crazy looking cover, but I thought what the heck. (Note to self: don't think what the heck when picking out movies.)
The Devil Wears Prada- great movie, great watch, not one that I thought was going to die through, although it was a better book
Airplane-only movie that I was helped with by the store clerk (he'd seen it lots of times and recommended it) and he was weird, so I didn't even know if I was going to like it.
Step Up- a movie to put you in the mood to dance. The movie follows pretty much the same set as Save the Last Dance, but doesn't deal with racial relations. Fun to watch with a group of girls and then go out dancing.
Haven- supposedly "starring" Orlando Bloom, he doesn't really show up in the movie for 10+ minutes. It's not good! It jumps around, you really don't know what is going on and what all the characters are doing and you just hope it will end.
