The Week-in-Review

The week is over! (Allelujah, Allelujah, Allelujah-sings the choir in my head) It seemed so long, must have been the fact that it was the first five day week in November, or the fact that it was Parent/Teacher conferences, or the fact that I worked hard at hula camp all weekend and then worked a 12 hour day Monday, or just the plain old fact that it was just looooooong.

  • Conferences were alright. Most parents knew where their kids were and found no surprises on their report card. There was only 3 parents that didn't come in a meet with me and the good thing about that was they weren't the kid's parents that I really needed to talk to.
  • The drama at school continues and that all I will say about that.
  • I am enjoying breakfast.
  • Hula is working me hard. We did the guys warm-ups on Thursday and just let me say, they work hard, which means we should have some pretty buff looking guys.
  • I was in the gym only two times this week, but will soon be joined by a new workout partner. I am hoping that will get me in the gym more often.
  • The weather is poo and I miss the sun of California, but I won't move there so don't worry.

This weekend I am going to relax and catch up on much needed sleep and some friends that I haven't seen in a long time. There will be pictures to come. I am excited about this week, because we will only be here for three days and then my family and I are off to see Bil and Sissy.
