October

It's October and the leaves are turning colors. The cool night air is so refreshing and the crisp morning air makes me wish I would have remembered a coat. I have never really been a fan of fall until I made my first fall/winter quilt and now I can't wait to make the switch. It all happened this weekend. Away went the summer decorations and out came the fall things, namely the quilt, the clothes and the small amount of decorations that I have.

I did a lot of plotting and planning and doing of school, lei making, and visiting. The only thing that suffered was sleep, which is why I will be heading to bed soon after this is posted. I am hoping to stay on top of everything as my week is full of school, getting ready for the show, and trying to have some sort of semblance and peace. Plus if my stress level doesn't decrease, I am not going to be able to dance because my neck and shoulders carry it all and they are already tight. Today I woke up and I could barely move my neck to the right. Hopefully it will all get better. Have a great week.

Good Morning Kili Po,

I love your quilt. I've switched over to my winter one also. I think fall is my favorite time of year. Good luck this weekend with hula. I know you will do great, because that is just who you are. You strive to do your best at whatever you do. You are so GREAT!!!

Love ya Auntie Julie
