Pope John Paul II died. The world mourned and I wondered how it would change the church or if it would. He had been the only Pope that I had ever known. Pope John Paul had done so much for the faith and the people, I wondered what would happen now with a new Pope, would he continue the legacy left before him or would he bring in a whole new way of thinking and life for Catholics. So far, I think that Pope Ratzinger has done just a fine job. I continue to wait and see what will happen.

One year ago today...
Pope John Paul II died. The world mourned and I wondered how it would change the church or if it would. He had been the only Pope that I had ever known.
