And the party goes on....

Last night Becker and I went out to yet again celebrate my birthday. We thought it would be fun to go and try a new restaurant in Magnolia, but as we drove there it got darker and darker and let alone when we got there we were A-L-O-N-E and it was dark. There was no power, so we decided to go to Madame K's. It is a great pizza restaurant in Ballard. We got prime parking, okay really it was ROCK STAR parking. When we went in though we realized why those people were leaving it was packed out...There wasn't even room to stand, well okay, there was, but my butt was in diners faces. We put our name in and chose to wait for 20 min. figuring a pitcher while we waited wouldn't be a bad idea.
As we waited the restaurant kept filling and filling and finally the table for two that had been empty the whole time we had been there, at least 15 min by now, which was holding our pitcher, got added to another table, so a party of 8 could sit down. As I picked up the pitcher, a nice young man told me I was doing it right with one in each hand. He happened to be attached to a couple that was going to sit in the window seat and they offered us one chair and the opportunity to put our pitcher on their table. They were all super nice and we found out a lot about them and drinking and that when you sit in the window seat you can moon all the people walking by. In the words of Becker, after we finally got our table, "That could have been really awkward, but they were really nice."
We finally got seated and ordered the wonderful cheesy bread we saw at the other people's table and our pizza.
Here are the leftovers from last night.
Time passed and the next thing we know, out comes our pizza, our cheesy bread was mis-ordered, our waitress drops the F-bomb, and we get a free dessert that is turns out to be to-die-for. All in all it was a wonderful night full of fun and memories...That I soon wont forget.
